When will my swimsuit be ready?
In high-season, suit production can take 15 - 20 business days until it is ready for shipping. It's a one-woman show, all items are handmade to order.
How do I exchange an item?
Due to hygiene standards and the customized nature of our suits, swimwear may not be returned or exchanged. Special circumstances may apply for a free adjustment, please follow the size guides and ask questions if needed.

Items are no longer eligible for free adjustments after being worn for an extensive period of time (longer than trying the item on). If needed, a request for an adjustment is required within 2 weeks of shipment confirmation.
What happens if my custom order doesn't fit?
If you would like to make adjustments on your custom order, we can alter straps, make it tighter, less coverage, or add panels to expand sides. Adjustments start at $20 plus shared shipping (we pay for the return trip). Special circumstances may apply. For complex custom drafts, an assumption of a free adjustment/alteration is included. (given the client has measured and followed our size guide to the best of their abilities)
Can I order custom fabric for my swimsuit?
Absolutely! We can order special fabric in the shade and texture you are looking for. We can also arrange a custom print design (specific flowers, your favourite fruits, animals, dinosaurs, etc) and have it made on Polyester Spandex swim material, in the style you want! Fee starts at CAD$10.
How should I wash my Swimsuit?
General rule is to gentle hand wash only in cold water and lay flat to dry in the shade. For more details visit our fabric page!
What if I want my bottoms to be more High Waisted?
If you're shopping directly from our store and there is no drop-down option to make your bottoms more high waisted, you need a Custom Drafted bikini!
